First and foremost, we love beer as much as you, it's why GT Ales was born.
Our small, independent brewery is housed in a characterful World War II aircraft hangar near the banks of the River Taw and just a few miles from the stunning beaches of Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe in picturesque North Devon. From here we brew flavoursome, modern beers using traditional techniques and just 4 ingredients: water, barley, yeast and hops.
By carefully sourcing the finest malts and hops combined with passion and contemporary processes, we produce beers to suit every palette; from our light, refreshing Mosaic hopped Blonde Ambition pale, to the award-winning ‘Thirst of Many’ amber, and the rich and full-bodied 10 malt Atlantic Storm oatmeal stout. Seasonal specials such as our limited edition hazy pale, ‘It Takes Two to Mango’, and the ever popular ‘Santas Pod’ Chocolate and Vanilla Porter are also crafted in small batches. All of our beers' are canned fresh on the premises, meaning they travel 'zero' miles, so you get the freshest taste experience. Cheers!
